So how many of you jumped when I first put out the BUY signal in Nov. ‘08?  Or did you jump on the Buy train when I told you in February that the signs of “bottom” had arrived and there were some incredible opportunities out there?  Or, did the Buy-Buy train leave without you?  Don’t miss this chance as there are still several good deals, although admittedly, many of them have 3-10 offers.  Does that sound familiar to another time people were chasing deals?  Yes, 2005-2006 was like that except one key difference - these prices are at floors only seen during the last crisis in the mid-90’s.

So, if you haven’t joined in, call me now before all the great deals are gone.  I’ve told as many as I can that if you don’t take advantage of this, you’ll be one of those looking back in a few years counting all the money you “could have made” instead of like the clients who’ve already bought counting the money they already will have made.  It doesn’t matter if you want to invest $30k or $250k or more, there are opportunities.  Let me show you the deals and how to make this work for you.
